Welcome to the Namibia Superior Courts website ("the website"). The purpose of the website is to give access to e-justice an Electronic system for the Supreme Court and High Court of Namibia being developed to boost efficiency and enhance professionalism of the legal community as a whole, enabling legal practitioners and the judiciary to file civil court documents and manage case activities electronically and to provide information about the Supreme Court and High Court of Namibia. The website is owned by the Namibian Government’s Ministry of Justice.

These terms constitute the sole record of the agreement in relation to the subject matter hereof. No party shall be bound by any express, tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. These terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, in respect of the subject matter hereof. No indulgence or extension of time which either party may grant the other shall be binding and enforceable (or preclude the party granting such indulgence or extension from enforcing rights in terms of this agreement), save in the event or to the extent that the grantor has signed a written document expressly waiving or limiting such rights.

The Namibian Government shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations contained in this agreement.

All provisions of these terms and conditions are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of these terms and conditions which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as pro non scripto and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. You hereby consent to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Namibia, Main Division in respect of any disputes arising in connection with these terms, this agreement and/or the use of this website.
